What is Conscious Co-Creation?

According to the Hummingbird Living School, Conscious Co-Creation is "defined in “The Co-Creator’s Handbook”, coauthored by Carolyn Anderson and Katharine Roske, as “Co-participating consciously with the laws or patterns of the Creator; conscious alignment with the essence of others and with nature; Self aligning with Self, vertically and horizontally.” A conscious co-creator is one who surrenders and aligns their will with the intention of Creation, the universal mind, the designing intelligence, Spirit; one who shares their gifts and actualizes their dreams in synergistic play with other co-creators to bring forth a new world."

The Co-Creator’s Agreements

What are Restorative Practices?

Restorative Practices are a living and organic community dialog and spiritual conversation process that aim to restore connection, power sharing, consciously co-create clarity and mutual understanding, improve and repair relationships between people and communities to both prevent harm and heal through empathy and honesty after harm has occurred.

The purpose of Restorative Practices are to build healthy communities, increase social capital, decrease crime and life-alienating and violent behavior, repair harm and restore broken relationships. They are considered part of the Restorative Justice Movement which builds collaborative and dialog within traditional protective and punitive use of force justice systems (such as schools, courts, police, military, mental hospitals, etc) which are held and nested within the Laws of Mother Nature justice system, the laws of karma (you get what you do), and the Universal Justice System of the Milky Way Galaxy and the Planetary Justice Systems.

Restorative Practices are both ancient and newly emerging.

Examples of Restorative Practices from Native America include Dine' Hogan Dialogs, Pomo Round Dances, Port Sklallam Cedar Sweat Lodges, Pow Wows, Lakota Inipi Sweat Lodge, Homblecha, and Sun Dance Ceremonies and Talking Stick Circles where people meet to honor Mother Earth and pray for community balance, peace, harmony, healing, and beauty, and discuss harms that need prayer, love, and action.

There are over 760 Native American tribes in the border engulfing these Souls and the traditional Mother Earth stewardship lands they have served since time immemorial, called the United States of America. All of these tribes each have their own version of dialog and circle based Restorative Practices.

Examples of Restorative Practices from India are Self Help Groups, Self Reliant Groups, Kirtan, Bhajans, Satsangs, Pravarchak, Puja, Patha, Homa Yajna, Japa, Panchayats, Karma Yoga, circle dances, Sangeeta, and Seva.

Examples of newly emerging Restorative Practices in the modern Restorative Justice Movement are...

Community Dialog Systems Co-Creation

There are over 8 Billion religions on this planet and each Universal Human Being has their own unique formula to realizing the Divine in their own unique way. I don't have to convert anyone to my religion except my own ego to my own Soul. The practice of honing Interfaith Harmony Community Dialog Systems Co-Creation encourages you to draw your own conclusions, while continuously allowing them to be re-drawn. These 10 Evolving Questions can be lights on this path to presence with each other in our Self.

The following descriptions are not comprehensive—but they will give you enough to start testing out how you can deepen your presence both inside and outside of Interfaith Harmony Community Dialog Systems Co-Creation. The Questions are not rules; they are inquiries learnt from direct experience. They are not answers; they are questions to be lived. They are not static; they are evolving as we evolve. From direct experience, living these questions does produce extraordinary measurable results.

These Questions are not new. They are as ancient as the ocean of blissful compassion in our heart light:

-1. Are we willing to Become Instruments of Peace?

-0. Are we cultivating Self-Connection to Love?

1. Are we taking Action (non-linear & linear) to serve Life?

2. Are we consciously co-creating inner and outer Spaces for dialog?

3. Are we hosting & Facilitating Dialog?

4. Have we heard about dialog through the Grapevine and are we Getting the Word About Peace Dialog Out?

5. Are we consciously co-creating omni-partial Access to dialog?

6. Are we Celebrating our Dialog Victories?

7. Are we Removing Blocks to Dialogic Action?

8. Are we Repeatedly re-asking our selves these questions, non-linearly and linearly to integrate Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine within and without?

Deeper Experiential Commentary Inquiry into these 10 Questions of Community Dialog Systems Conscious Co-Creation:

-1. Become an Instrument of Peace: Are we willing to Consciously Co-Create a prayer and a willingness to become an instrument of peace?

  • What is working well in my Self?
  • What is NOT working well in my Self?
  • What is my clear vision for how I transform and embrace my Self? What is my clear vision for a strong and sustained interpersonal, intrapersonal, and systemic support system?

0. Self Connection to Love: Are we willing to Consciously Co-Create an intention to be a strong, maintained, and eternally sustained connection to one's Self and ❤️ LOVE? Are we willing to learn the principles of empathy and nonviolence from those honing these practices?

1. Action: Are we willing to Consciously Co-Create dialog with the identified sources of Mother Nature, the 5 Elements, plants, animals, birds, insects, life, water and people in the community about what works well to transform painful and violent conflict into beauty, balance, peace, harmony, compassion, and unity in diversity? Are we willing to move towards transforming rules into agreements and use Spiritual Practices and Restorative Dialog Practices as a way to embrace conflict to restore peace, beauty, balance, rhythm, self discipline, harmony, & love?

  • What is working well in our community?
  • What is NOT working well in our community?
  • What is our clear vision for how our community could be?

2. Space: Are we willing to Consciously Co-Create refuges, sanctuaries, and safe spaces to perform spiritual practices and tell the truth in Restorative Dialogic Practices that have inclusive omni-partial awareness of historical contexts, gender balance, racial and ethnic honoring with respect dynamics, inclusive of all classes, respectful of all ages, mindful of all disability, a interfaith and inner faith and intrafaith agnostic, atheist, spiritual and religious outlook, and omni-partial respect of all LGTBQI2SAA, hetero-cis-normative, and celibate orientations, a minimal to zero ecological footprint, harmonious sound vibration levels, and a basic level of safety and comfort for and with the participants of the community?

3. Host + Facilitate: Are we willing to Consciously Co-Create co-learning based on a blend of knowledge honed from direct experience and intellectual information about the unity in diversity of the Spiritual Practices and Restorative Dialogic Practices offered in the community?

4. Grapevine: Get The Word Out... Are we willing to Consciously Co-Create a means for the experiential Spiritual Practices and Restorative Dialogic Practices knowledge and intellectual information to be lived and shared widely within the community?

5. Access: Are we willing to Consciously Co-Create a means for the Spiritual Practices and Restorative Dialogic Practices to be lived and initiated in the community scale that make them as omni-partial as the scale of inclusion of the community agreements and capacity of time, energy, and resources will allow?

6. Celebrate: Are we willing to Consciously Co-Create gratitude, acknowledgment, celebrations, and appreciations of positive life-serving action to consciously co-create interdependence in the community?

7. Remove Blocks to Action: Are we willing to build a massive and strong holistic and Spiritual interpersonal, intrapersonal, and systemic support system and seek out healing, empathy, spiritual training, recovery, and coaching to remove any blocks to us taking efficient action to manifest and generate Community Dialog Systems Co-Creation to serve local and world peace? Are we willing to to avoid the punitive use of force and only use the Protecive use of force as a last effort to enrich life, if offering food, shelter, clothing, water, empathy, understanding, and space does not transform personal and community problems and someone physically threatens us?

8. Repeat: Non-Linearly: Is our action cyclic like weather, tides, seasons, life stages? Is action natural? Does it occur like the spiral in our thumb print, the galaxies, the water in a river Eddy, the movement of a cyclone and hurricane, and the seeds, growth, decay and re-pollination of blue corn, basmati rice, and redwoods? Is Action eternal?  Do we really do anything? Does Mother Nature happen through us and do we originate from Her and return to Her?

Consciously Co-Creating Community Dialog Systems Apprenticeship

This offering is inspired by my own manifestation and generation of measurable results and the Restorative Systems Apprenticeship with my Indigenous Scottish Gaelic Elder, Dominic Barter. It is inspired by all these Community Dialog System Co-Creation collaborations in North America, Asia, and Europe participating in Restorative Dialogs and Restorative Practices.

Agreements to Be in This Apprenticeship:

1) You understand I am a raggedy imperfect Universal Human Being doing the best I can to serve life.

2) You agree that we will consciously co-create a Community Dialog Systems based on living these 10 Questions.

3) You agree to read The Surprising Purpose of Anger at least 1 time if not up to 16 times in 1 year as I have to become self-responsible for feeling and valuing.

4) You agree to take your own inventory using the Systems self reflection practices and give me positive constructive feedback to grow and learn.

6) I welcome you to utilize my full experience, tap into my heart light, and test out my knowledge of Consciously Co-Creating Community Dialog Systems with subtle awareness that I also have survived being sexually assaulted before and I have survived having been physically beaten and physically threatened at least 20 times in my life. Because I don't work well and successfully on Consciously Co-Creating Community Dialog System when under duress, threat, pressure, and blame, I welcome you to contribute to my well being with empathy & compassionate honesty as I seek to contribute to you with empathy & compassionate honesty.

If this apprenticeship interests you and you are willing to agree to co-create these agreements, please contact me.

May you be alert, stay safe, and stay awake and may you be protected with pure love, pure light, and pure knowledge.

With harmony, blessings, respect, and peaceful wishes for 1 day on Earth where no one is admitted to the hospital due to violence, all hostilities ceasing, and everyone's values honored and respected.

He is working on a new book about living NVC & Yoga to thrive and retroactively forgive being physically threatened and physically beaten 20 times in this life time. It is a book about living and recovering from violence lessons.

He does not even want to think about harming anyone in thought, word and deed and spends at least 8 hours a day meditating, chanting prayers, and praying for world and inner peace.

Clayton's life purpose is Self Realization, giving away selfless service, and serving the liberation and happiness of all beings in all the worlds. His goal is to be everyone's friend and see, remember, honor, respect, and hear the Universal Consciousness in all.

Testimonials

"Stories shared were very helpful, particularly when used as a reference point to apply the concepts being shared. The stories on their own (especially the one about being held at gun point) also served the purpose of establishing trust and credentials for the facilitator, and were very engaging (not boring every day examples) which made the event shared with brother especially unique. They did not feel like tangents, nor did they feel like gloating. There was a felt sense that brother cared about our intentions for coming being met, and he was doing what he could to guide the process in a way that also met his own need for efficiency, as well as navigating the waters of divine mother flow from participants. Overall, so much was given in such a short period of time, and the offering was a very prayerful and authentic one. The authenticity and connection to the topic expressed by brother was the biggest motivator and connection point that would keep this one returning to this type of work with this particular facilitator. It was felt as a heart offering, and one that was creditable and trust worthy. Gratitude for the experience, and looking forward to apply and deepening NVC in life and at work. May the fruits of the offering shared bring inner and outer peace to all." -Allison Star, participant in The Yoga of Nonviolent Communication Practice Group

I am Divinely guided and protected, and I make choices that are beneficial for me. I rejoice in other's successes, knowing there is plenty for us all." -Louise Hay

18. "When people ask us how long does it take for something to manifest, we say It takes as long as it takes you to release the RESISTANCE. Could be 30 years, could be 40 years, could be 50 years, could be a week. Could be tomorrow afternoon." -Abraham Hicks

    I am NOT for Sale!

ALL our offerings on Co-Creating Connection are offered without people being charged set money fees and suggested money sliding scale fees.

This keeps the work here from being co-opted and maintains this work as a community financial co-responsibility process where we practice giving more than taking from each other.

This also makes the Co-Creating Connection work a stand for transforming sexism into equal pay with Indigenous Women as well as a interfaith stand for ending human trafficking and sex slavery.

Not charging set fees nor suggesting sliding scale fees makes our work omni-partially available to all income levels without money being a block to anyone freely accessing the community wisdom tools of the Co-Creating Connection arts.

Paradoxically, this work is not entirely free of practical costs of living so Freely Given Contributions are still welcomed to strengthen and sustain our work on three continents since 2007. Please don't donate out of obligation, fear, shame, and guilt. Please only donate if it is a nonviolent joyful YES in your heart to do so and because you are naturally inspired to contribute to my well being and thriving life.

    Thanks,

    Clayton Stewart Waidler-Barker

Social Media/Email Outreach Co-Creating Connection Internship

    Hi,

Do you love writing crisp brief nonviolent clear community outreach emails and Facebook and Instagram posts to support Nonviolent Communication and Restorative Circles to thrive in service to the ceasing of all hostilities and everyone's values being met peacefully? Are you able to stay detached, nonviolent, non-combative, non-aggressive, and very sweet, gentle, and loving in your email connections & social media connections?

The Co-Creating Connection team is looking for a volunteer who wants to donate about 2-4 hours per month of time to develop a Co-Creating Connection email list, Co-Creating Connection Facebook Page, and Co-Creating Connection Instagram page.

Writing emails and posting social media posts on Facebook and Instagram is not my interest, love, forte, or joy. But I love to share the Co-Creating Connection wisdom tools to evolve systems with greater Restorative Circles, Nonviolence, Truthfulness, and Compassion. So I am looking for greater support, teamwork, and collaboration to up-level the Co-Creating Connection outreach!

If you are interested in applying, please send a 1 sentence email reason why you want to support this and your resume and your phone # and three times when you are able to meet for a interview on the phone by September 2019 to iamnothing108@gmail.com.

We are not writing any emails to anyone at this time, so please be sure to include your phone # so we can call you back by August 2019!

    Thanks,

    Clayton Barker
